Sears 2011 Digital Tool Catalog

sears_wishbook.jpgWhen I was just a wee lad, at Christmas time I would go through the toy section of the Sears Wish Book catalog and put giant red circles around the things I wanted, hoping mom and dad would notice. Train sets, remote control airplanes and dozens and dozens of GI Joe action figures all got the grease pencil treatment. I'll never forget the smell of those catalogs and how hard it was to turn the thin little static-loaded pages.

Those were the good old days. Now Sears has everything online, including their tool catalog, the latest of which they've just released. It looks like if you're the nostalgic type, you can request a hardcopy. But for the manic, obsessed, OCD, I've-got-no-time-to-spare crowd, it's all online in one of those funny 'page turning' applications. So have at it here (click "shop catalog"), 194 pages, all the big brands.

Loved the wishbook,I always wanted the Navarone playset, but never got it.
Looks like I wont be getting craftsman screwdrivers this time around either, seems every time Sears has a deal, it's sold out within hours, either that or they have 3 in stock.
