StanleyBlack&DeckerDeWaltBostitchPorterCable Sells Off Delta Machinery

Last Friday, our homies over at Tool Nut posted this on their Facebook page:

Breaking News - Stanley / Black & Decker Group has sold Delta Machinery to a company that will be going by the name Delta Power Equipment based out of Anderson, SC.

We haven't been able to find any official word online and all websites are operating as normal, but the guys at Tool Nut ain't the gossip spreadin' types...
